We have 29 units, with two different floor plans.

There are 23 “A plan” units and 6 “B plan” units. The “B plan” units are larger. Most units have an additional sunroom.

All of our units have two bedrooms and attached garages, with individual variations in many aspects. Common gardens are styled to resident’s wishes, with private courtyards maintained by residents.
