We have 23 “A plan” units and 6 “B plan” units, all designed with older adults in mind. Most units have an additional sunroom, adding extra living space.

All units have 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, with an attached single garage.  Maintenance is included in our affordable Monthly Service Fee – less worry, more freedom.

Our beautiful common gardens are styled to resident’s wishes – no cookie-cutter living here! Each unit has a private courtyard, giving additional space.
