Testimonials

Our Residents’ Testimonials

“We have close relatives in retirement villages at either end of the scale.  Our fees are lower, and we have so many benefits that don’t exist in other villages.

As a small village, we all know each other and a friendly atmosphere exists throughout the Village.  On top of that, we are seen by management as individuals, not merely as ‘occupants’ and are treated accordingly.

We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. ”

“I moved from Melbourne to be closer to my children, grandchildren and now great grandchildren.  It’s been wonderful to live close to my family, and see so much of them, especially the little ones, which would never have happened if I had stayed in the city.

I’ve made lots of nice friends.  The move made get out and join new groups in Torquay, so now I’m in a walking group and a Probus Club and I’m doing lots of things I would never have done in Melbourne.

I really like the small community at Lions Village Torquay.  Everyone is friendly and willing to help.  I feel very fortunate to live here.”
